A look inside a waterfront cottage full of stories
Light, wood, and history: living by the water

White beams and warm wood tones
The interior breathes calm: light colors, natural materials, and a fine balance between old and new. The white-painted ceilings with wooden beams create height and character, while the floors and ceiling panels provide warmth thanks to the warm wood tone.
Thanks to the clever layout and ample daylight, the spaces feel open and inviting – from the kitchen with a narrow staircase leading up along the window, to the blue door with shutter and classic gas stove that together create a homely, almost nostalgic atmosphere. Here you can see our radiator cover “The Original” in classic finish, color RAL 9016, allowing the radiator to fully integrate with the interior without drawing attention.
Where sleeping and dreaming flow together
In the children’s room, calm and function go hand in hand. A true highlight is the vintage-style wooden dresser, a characterful piece that proves function and beauty can coexist with ease.
The bedroom also exudes serenity. With a light wood ceiling and matching bed, it brings warmth, while soft tones and gentle light keep the room bright and airy. It’s the kind of space where you wake slowly, feeling grounded, a place where every detail contributes to the feeling of home.

Crafted details that tell a story
Throughout the waterfront cottage, artisan touches catch your eye — beautiful in form and rich in history. Take the small wooden shutters on the interior doors: once practical features for passing food or peeking outside in remote dike cottages, they now add charm and a rustic character. In the hallway, we placed a radiator cover in a soft grey tone (RAL 7044 Fine Texture) to create a subtle contrast without standing out. The attention remains on original features, while everything looks neat and refined.

The bathroom got a makeover too
A question we often get: can a radiator cover be used in the bathroom? Absolutely! This space received a full refresh and is now a charming, cozy room where every detail fits. We placed a cover where practicality meets design. Our metal claddings are moisture-resistant and rust-free, making them ideal for use in humid spaces like bathrooms.
