On this page we tell you all about the delivery time of our products and how to expect them at home.

The delivery time of our products may vary, but your order will in any case be delivered within 3 weeks. For all products, we give an estimated delivery time and you will be informed about the status of your order by e-mail after placing an order.

We deliver to the first door as standard. This means that we do not deliver on the first floor or higher. Do you want your delivery to be made on the first floor or highter? Please let us know via the contact form and we can check what we can do for you.

We will deliver your order to the address you entered as 'delivery address'.

During the ordering process, you can choose your delivery address. We currently deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark and the United Kingdom.

If you are not at home to receive your order, you can schedule a new delivery appointment via our carrier's website. If you have chosen a specific delivery method, the options of the chosen method apply. Think evening or weekend delivery.
