It is possible to return your order. Please take notice that any return costs are for your own account. Inform us within 14 days after delivery via the return form that your order is being returned and which product(s). After 14 days, the return period has expired and we can no longer process your request. After your request, we will send you a return slip that you have to stick on your package before sending it. Without this return slip it is impossible for us to find out who the package comes from and the refund cannot be made. As soon as we have received the returned products, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount of the products you have returned within 14 days.
