Complaints
We are happy to help with complaints or damaged/missing products. Here you can find out what you can do.
It is unfortunate that your order has arrived damaged. Of course we are happy to help you find a solution. Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order via the complaint form and, if possible, send a photo of the damage.
After 14 days, we can no longer repair damaged products free of charge. So always check the products for damage immediately after receipt.
